Ashley Rogers joined the Town of Smithfield four years ago as their director of human resources. Working for a small town, Rogers has utilized many of the consulting services VRSA has to offer, including those of VRSA Director of Human Resources Tina Stevens.
“Here at the town I’m a team of one, so I consider Tina a partner and I enjoy and value her opinion. That is a resource VRSA has that is probably my favorite,” says Rogers.
Rogers has also taken advantage of the EPL Assist Employment Hotline providing access to Littler Mendelson employment lawyers.
