Discuss your HR challenges during a November roundtable

What HR issues keep you up at night? Many of these issues can be discussed with VRSA Director of Human Resources Tina Stevens.

Stevens provides HR consulting services to members with public officials’ liability coverage to assist in the mitigation of employment practices liability exposure.

Services include a review of members’ materials, personalized HR consultations, FMLA consultation, virtual engagements and training, and access to HR ExecSupport.

Stevens will be hosting a Virtual HR Roundtable on Wednesday, Nov. 15 at 10 a.m. The roundtable is a chance for members to come together to discuss their challenges and concerns.

Proposed topics for the roundtable include marijuana in the workplace, retaining valuable employees, FMLA, mental health issues in the workplace, and hostile work environments.

“We receive a lot of inquiries on these topics,” said Stevens. “We’ve developed this roundtable in response to these requests to facilitate having members hear from and learn from each other.”
