This fall, VRSA member designees who receive claims acknowledgments began receiving surveys on closed claims. As VRSA is committed to providing outstanding service to our members, these surveys are designed to assist VRSA in evaluating and improving wherever we can.
Feedback from these initial surveys showed that the order of “Strongly Disagree” and “Strongly Agree” could be updated to improve the flow for survey respondents.
In response, the surveys have been redesigned with a new visual element to assist respondents in making their intended choice.
VRSA thanks the 244 members who responded to the first wave of claims surveys. We are committed to providing outstanding service, and these surveys are intended to help us meet that goal.
