The VRSA Member Portal will be down for maintenance beginning at 5 p.m. Friday, July 23 through 8 a.m. on Monday, July 26. A ‘portal maintenance’ message will be displayed on the VRSA website during that time.
If you are not already familiar with the VRSA Member Portal, it provides self-service access for administering policy and schedule changes, running policy reports, and creating Certificates of Insurance. Member users with appropriate website permissions can go into the portal after logging into the VRSA website. The “VRSA Member Portal” link is under the ‘Policy Admin’ dropdown in the main menu.
