2017 was another successful renewal season for VML Insurance Programs. There are some changes to the 2017 policy documents that are highlighted below.
- Addition of $100,000 defense coverage for injunctive relief claims
- Enhanced Cyber Liability form, including $25,000 ransomware coverage, business interruption expense and attorney’s fees
- Addition of Faithful Performance to all crime policies
- Clarification of wording on deductible endorsements and Kidnap & Ransom endorsements
- Property form clarified with the following ISO standards:
- Vegetated roofs are included (not excluded as land)
- Foundations under ground level (or underneath basement level) excluded
- Clarification for terms on handling debris removal claims and claims involving party walls
- Accidental & Health Coverage for Volunteers available
