The City of Williamsburg recently utilized more than $3,000 in grant funding from VML Insurance Programs to purchase a floating dock at Waller Mill Park.
The floating dock will allow for a quicker launch of rescue boats and also provides a more stable surface for evacuating injured citizens onto the dock.
