The Virginia Risk Sharing Association (VRSA) was among the 87 businesses named a Top Workplace by the Richmond Times-Dispatch for 2022.
The results were determined through surveys conducted by Energage, who queried employees on topics including “workplace life, from their views on leadership, managers, pay and benefits to training and work-life balance.”
“We are proud to be named a top workplace in the Richmond region,” said VRSA Managing Director Marcus Hensel. “We are committed to protecting our members so they can serve their communities, and one of the ways we do that is by attracting and retaining quality and professional staff.”
