This is a four-day class. When you register for this class, you will be registered for all four days – July 16, 17, 18 & 19. Class begins at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 5:00 p.m. each day.
This nationally recognized OSHA 30-Hour General Industry Course is designed to promote workplace safety and health. VRSA offers Authorized Outreach Instructors to facilitate this course.
This four-day course focuses on recognizing and fixing hazards in the workplace. Topics will include an overview of OSHA and VOSH, walking-working surfaces, fall protection, electrical, scaffolding, trenching/excavating, struck by/caught in, and other common hazards.
All attendees must arrive between 7:30 and 7:45 a.m. to allow time to present their license or photo ID and sign into class. The class will begin promptly at 8:00 a.m. and end at 5:00 pm., each day.
Upon completion of all four days, students will receive an OSHA 30 Completion Card at no cost to the member.
