OSHA 30-Hour General Industry Course (Abingdon)

This is a four-day class. When you register for this class, you will be registered for all four days – October 10-13. Class starts at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 4:00 p.m. each day.

This nationally recognized four-day OSHA 30-Hour General Industry Course focuses on recognizing and fixing hazards in the workplace. VRSA offers Authorized Outreach Instructors to facilitate this course. Topics will include an overview of OSHA and VOSH, fall protection, electrical, health hazards, trenching, confined space, and other common hazards, as well as discussions on managing and facilitating health and safety in the workplace.

This four-day course is intended for supervisors and those employees responsible for worksite safety. 

All attendees will receive an OSHA 30-Hour card upon completion of the course.
