VRSA’s CompCare On-Call service provides 24/7/365 access to a registered nurse (RN) to provide triage services by phone to injured workers.
Through this service, the RN also submits the state-required Employers Accident Report to the member contact and VRSA.
Members utilizing CompCare On-Call to report their workers’ compensation injuries are advised to whitelist a new email address to receive secure reports. The email address that members will now see with monthly triage activity will be:

Each month injury reports and claim triage activity data are sent via secure email to members. To ensure receipt of the secure emails, please whitelist the following secure email domains:
