Password requirements for the VRSA Online University, powered by NeoGov, will be changing this October. Upon password expiration, users will be prompted to develop a new password in compliance with the updated requirements.
The password length requirement will increase from eight to 12 characters. If you have questions about this change, please contact your member services representative.
