When an employer is subject to the ADA, FMLA, and the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Act, they must consider the implications of each law, act, or regulation when making any personnel decisions as there are various ways in which these laws can interact with each other.
This virtual presentation will review all interactions between workers’ compensation, FMLA, ADA, and COBRA.
