We were among the 91 businesses named a Top Workplace by the Richmond Times-Dispatch for 2025.
VRSA was named in the Small (124 or fewer employees) category.
The results were determined through surveys conducted by Energage, who queried employees on issues such as training opportunities, benefits, and work-life balance.
This is the fifth time VRSA has been named a top workplace in the Richmond area.
“Our commitment to our members starts with our people,” said VRSA Managing Director Marcus Hensel. “When one of our members suffers a loss, it matters who is handling and managing the claim. Our coverage specialists ensure that proper protections are in place and are there to ease our members’ worries.”
