The Virginia Risk Sharing Association (VRSA) was among the 92 businesses named a Top Workplace by the Richmond Times-Dispatch for 2024.
VRSA was named in the Small (124 or fewer employees) category.
The results were determined through surveys conducted by Energage, who queried employees on topics from “workplace life and work-life balance to training opportunities and benefits.”
“This is the fourth time we have been named a top workplace in the Richmond region,” said VRSA Managing Director Marcus Hensel. “This shows that our commitment to service starts with our people – we work hard to attract and retain a quality and professional staff to protect our members so they can serve their communities.”
