This includes claim professionals who handle and manage claims every day, coverage specialists who ensure the right protections are in place, safety professionals who work with our members to prevent and reduce losses, two former police officers, one certified human resource professional, an accredited public relations specialist, a former town manager, and more.

Our staff enjoys a great work environment – we work but have fun too, from chili cookoffs to potlucks and picnics!  VRSA offers a comprehensive benefits package to help meet your family’s unique needs.  We value continuing education and professional development by providing a tuition program and a variety of learning opportunities.
