How did we do? Claims surveys coming soon!

In the coming weeks, VRSA member designees who receive claims acknowledgments will also begin receiving surveys on closed claims to assist VRSA in evaluating our service delivery.

The survey is part of VRSA’s commitment to provide outstanding service.

Each month these designees will receive an email with a short, four-question survey for each claim closed during the prior month. To complete the survey, select the link next to each claim number and complete the four questions.
