Nearly 100 attendees from across the Commonwealth gathered on Friday, May 8, to attend the VRSA 2026 Annual Meeting. VRSA Public Safety Specialist Gary Dillon and Director of Adult Mental Health Services Ryan Hite with the Richmond Behavioral Health Authority presented on securing facilities, while Associate Andrea Dunlap with Crenshaw, Ware & Martin presented on the Freedom of Information Act.
