While these tools are essential to getting the job done\, they also present serious risks when not inspected or used correctly. \nThis virtual session will teach employees how to apply the simple yet powerful safety practice of GOAL — Get Out and Look — to tool and equipment use. By integrating GOAL into daily habits\, workers reduce the likelihood of accidents that result in Workers’ Compensation claims and employer liability\, which can be costly for both employees and public entities.
