Local government communicators must be prepared to react to any number of crises on a day-to-day basis. From data breaches to natural or manmade disasters, mismanagement, allegations of discrimination or sexual harassment, protests, use of force allegations, global pandemics, and more – preparing now is key toward responding tomorrow.

This virtual presentation will provide an overview of developing a crisis communications, in addition to steps you can take to better prepare yourself and your team to go on the record with your audiences.
