As stay-at-home restrictions continue to ease, many local governments are bringing employees back into the office and reopening services and public spaces. Communication plays a critical role in ensuring your employees and citizens understand reopening plans and that their concerns are addressed.

This webinar will provide information on building a strong reopening communications plan through: collaboration with various departments; multiple communications channels; and frequent, honest and transparent messaging.
