Training: OSHA 10-Hour General Industry Course (Salem)

This is a two-day class. When you register for this class, you will be registered for both days – September 22 & 23.

Physical distancing and the wearing of a mask are mandatory during this event. Seating is limited due to social distancing.

The OSHA Outreach Training Program was initiated in 1971 and has grown significantly in recent years. The OSHA 10-Hour outreach training program was designed to promote workplace safety and health and to ensure workers understand the hazards of their workplace and their rights. VRSA Safety Consultants are “OSHA-Authorized Trainers” for construction and general industry.

This OSHA 10-hour course is a nationally recognized training program that provides training on the recognition, avoidance, abatement, and prevention of various hazards in the workplace.

This two-day course will start at 8:00 a.m. and end at 4:00 p.m. on the first day and start at 8:00 a.m. and end at 1:00 p.m. on the second day. All attendees will receive an OSHA 10-Hour card upon completion of the course.

Lunch will be provided.
