Another year has passed without any movement toward the retail sale of marijuana in Virginia. However, nothing has changed regarding legally possessing marijuana.

This virtual presentation will discuss some of the challenges that employers face as a result of the legalization of marijuana and offer some guidance on how to navigate the complex employment issues that have arisen.
