This virtual engagement by two former VOSH inspectors will give you insight into what Virginia OSHA (VOSH) is; what and when they can inspect; how to best prepare for an inspection; your rights and responsibilities during an inspection; and what happens after an inspection.

As of 2019, VOSH has begun citing municipalities and authorities for monetary penalties. Understanding this process before you get inspected is pivotal in helping you come out of an inspection with a positive outcome.

Following the presentation, we will open up a Q&A for members to pose their questions and concerns. We will cover the questions provided during registration first.
