VRSA’s final Inclusion Residency virtual training session will provide participants with information on how to get started with their inclusion journey. Dr. Stacia will review:
- Where and how to get started;
- A five-step inclusivity strategy plan;
- How to understand concerns and handle challenges; and
- What to do if you make a mistake.
A workbook with practical suggestions for inclusion, diversity and equity best practices in multiple facets of the public entity environment, including staffing, governance, and member relationships will be provided.
