During this second 90-minute session of VRSA’s Inclusion Residency, we will discuss diversity and inclusion as a leadership imperative. During this session, Dr. Stacia will help attendees:

• Identify the benefits and business case of inclusivity;
• Respect the benefits that diversity and inclusion bring to leadership teams and organizations; and
• Identify specific leadership roles and actions that are necessary for advancing diversity and inclusion.
