FOIA Training: The Presumption of Openness – Part Two

This is a two-day training class on the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) targeting governing officials and appropriate staff. The training is designed to meet the legal requirement for local elected officials under §2.2-3704.3.

The trainer, Andrea Erard, is an attorney who represents local governments and school boards.
