In lieu of the traditional VRSA Fall Workshops, VRSA will be holding the 2020 Fall Educational Forum virtually on September 23 and 24.

VRSA’s defense counsel, will discuss the impact of significant legislative changes to the heart/lung and cancer presumption statutes, the new PTSD legislation for fire and law enforcement officers, and COVID-19 emergency legislation for public safety. Additionally, he will address the interaction of telework and workers’ compensation.
