In lieu of the traditional VRSA Fall Workshops, VRSA will be holding the 2020 Fall Educational Forum virtually on September 23 and 24.

Conflict at work is expensive, time consuming, and bad for business. Employees who cannot or will not get along at work can create hostile work environments and cause retention and morale issues. This session will help you use new communication skills, team building, group problem solving tools, empathic mediation listening on your part, and your knowledge of social intelligence to help you create and enforce ground rules for workplace civility, appropriate behavior, and ultimately, better employee performance.

This is the second of four sessions. Other webinars in this series are:

  • September 23, at 10-11 a.m. – Improvise, Overcome and Adapt: How VRSA Members have Adjusted to COVID-19 and the VOSH Emergency Temporary Standard. To register for this webinar, click here.
  • September 24, at 10-11 a.m. – Guess What is Coming Next? A Workers’ Compensation Legislative Update. To register for this webinar, click here.
